This is K Underground Mall which is large shopping area (larger than Station Front Metro Mall). The shop opening hours: 11:00-22:00 on weekends and 11:00-21:30 on weekdays. The mall is situated in the modern part of Taipei, near hotels and shops but underground between two metro stations. We went shopping in Net shop and Uniglo near Fuxing Danhua MRT and we strolled in the underground mall afterwords. There are some stands with souvenirs and cheap shoes - not too much buy or see.
