Aug 29, 2011 · I am having my 2nd baby in a few months and we dont want any more. I got medicaid for this pregnancy since our insurance coverage is limited so they will pay in full to tie my tubes. Most girls I know had this done after a c-section, I dont know anyone who had it done directly after a vaginal delivery.
