Apr 27, 2011 · Response comes via email next business day, which is usually acceptable. When have used phone, the calls have taken a long time and work day time is limited. Stay pro-active. From the rotation of names as Dell sales reps for our company, their stress is likely high & pay low.

Feb 21, 2011 · I ordered a Dell Studio 17 on the 16th February, not a complex build but not straight off the shelves (processor upgrade, backlit KB, bigger battery). Estimated delivery date was 4th March. It left China on the 21st and the wife has just signed for it today. Vastly improved build time and delivery, just hope it's what I asked for!!
