Mar 16, 2016 · The status of my package was “out for delivery” in the morning of last Thursday (07/05/18), but it has been not changed since then. An alert “awaiting delivery scan” was showed online on 07/06/18, thus I immediately reported to the USPS website.

Aug 24, 2018 · When I check their tracking numbers, USPS shows that the order was out for delivery that day, but then late that same night there is an Alert message that states the item has not been updated and it is awaiting a delivery scan. Funny thing is these all seemed to happen on July 13th, so it would seem this was an internal service-wide issue.

I returned an item using eBay label and instructions and tracking in formation says "Delivery status not updated" eight days ago. It says "out for delivery" but there is no more update after that. What's going on? The postal service has no more information about it. What can I do?

Aug 19, 2018 · From usps my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday before 8pm . But never came then at 9:36 p.m it says this ‘The delivery status of your item has not been updated as of August 17, 2018, 9:46 pm. We apologize that it may arrive later than expected.’ . I tried contacting them via phone and spent over 2 hours on the phone & still no answer so I gave up .

Jan 10, 2013 · Shipped an item out with USPS through priority mail and since Saturday the item was out for delivery. Monday it updated to "delivery status not updated" what should I do? I asked today the USPS douche bag clerk at my local post office but most of them I'm sure never even made it through highschool so he said that whatever appears on the tracking number the USPS website is all he can see.
