Green dots are the locations of car delivery challenges. You wouldn't be able to find them right away, because you would have to discover all sectors of the map. Similar to the car delivery missions, you won't be allowed to hit too much objects along the way. Additionally, some of the models will require you to pick them up in a certain type of a vehicle. Completing these missions will allow you to receive special coupons. You can then exchange them for clothes. There are 30 model missions in the game.
