Dec 06, 2018 · I was a 4/1/16 reservation, configured yesterday and now realizing that I was told that I would have “to the door” delivery to my home address. I don’t think I’ve seen this type of delivery discussed. I was actually looking forward to going to the Fremont factory for delivery. Anyone have experience with at home delivery? Does a big carrier just roll up and drop your car off?

May 10, 2018 · If you take home delivery, the transport company is responsible for any damage during transport, not Tesla. In the event there is damage, you will file a claim with the carrier and they will be responsible for paying for the damage.
