I have been an online customer since it began as I have spinal problems and am unable to carry shopping . My husband and I are in our late 70’s, we have been unable to book a slot for weeks , I made an order and couldn’t get a slot . It stated I could say I was a vulnerable person at the bottom of the page on delivery details .. guess what !2/5
