I would complain about him - how are Tesco meant to improve their service if they aren't told about people like this? i've had a couple of issues with Tesco in the past and made complaints, and they've really improved their service.

I have just had my tesco delivery and the bloke came to the door with his little computer thing, as they do. All smiles, nice and chatty and then as I handed the computer thing back, I noticed that the head of his willy was sticking out the top of his trousers! He saw me looking and just grinned at me before walking back to get my stuff.
