First time they delivered my items, the pedestals woul... dn’t fit my new washer & dryer, so we refused them and two new ones were sent today, but they could only install one, as the second one was put on the truck, in plastic wrap (no box) with no hardware 🤬 So now they have to attempt a third delivery, which means wasting another day at home, waiting for it to arrive!
