I pre-ordered last Wed and just went into the George st Telstra store in an attempt to cancel pre-order and obtain a 4S instore. They advised against it, because in some cases it can take weeks-months to cancel the pre-order successfully and sometimes you might get double charged etc. Bah. They have loads of stock btw.
