Absolutley terrible customer service. I have a 60" zero turn mower that is nothing more than a yard ornament now. Only 400 hours and the transaxle went bad. I called to buy a new transaxle and they don't have any nor have they even attempted to make a retrofit part! They did offer me a discount on a brand new mower for $5,000!!!
