After looking for an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant we found Shiono. We have traversed literally hundreds of sushi establishments all over the world including most of Japan. This place is legit. Amazing fresh traditional sushi as well as amazing rolls. Their Ootoro was off the hook and only 15 bones. We are used to paying in excess of fifty.

The menu is pretty diverse with sushi, ramen, kushikatsu, curry, etc... you know, Izakaya style. They have been open for only two weeks as of July 2, 2020 and still working out the service issues with the kitchen.
