Great place to work and overtime but the hours were inconsistent. Concrete Laborer (Former Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - April 22, 2020. Lots of OT but hours would change. For example, work 8-10 hours from 5am - 1-3pm during the summer, and then come back at night around 10pm for another 10-12 hours.
