(Recommend calling ahead to see if school visits are scheduled before you go.) We found the hours (10:00 a.m to 4 p.m) to be rather limited. It would be nicer to visit the Gardens during the early evening when it's cooling down abit, as the interior is very hot and humid. Overall, we didn't find it worth the drive/time/money.
