Follow the signs and soon you will see the Suao Cold Spring Park. The admission is NT$70. But I highly recommend that you reserve a private hot and cold bathroom (40 minutes) for NT$450/2 people. It should be noted that the water for hot bath is heated cold spring, not hot spring. Expect to wait during the peak season.
