We heard the 'Zoolights' holiday display at the Stoneham Zoo was a popular and fun event, so we went with a group of about 30 family and friends to visit on Saturday night (12/21/13). I must say, it was not only disappointing, we actually feel a bit ripped off. The Zoolights exhibits open at 5pm and the parking lot was completely full at 5:15.

Daily times are from 5 to 9 pm. Stoneham Zoo will be open throughout the week until December 31 st. However, it will be closed on December 25 th (Christmas). If you are in Massachusetts this holiday, you should not miss visiting Stoneham Zoo, and see the zoo in a new light literally!
