I would not advise staying up 20 hours a day...will kill you eventually. 4 hours of sleep is just not enough to have the body rested. Aristole Onassis, the ship magnate of Greece did that (sleeping only 4 hours a day) died young...reason, by the time you get into the "rem" stage you would have probably just slept for 3 hours....which is not good at all.
