The shoe shop adjacent to Starwind to the North (the Earth Shoe place?) was purchased/leased. Starwind continued on her historic journey. My favorite places to hang out when shopping there (you were so right, to spend forever in Starwind just browsing would be easy) was the apothecary corner located immediately to the left of the entrance(s).

I don't know how Starwind does a resync after a power failure but when we had StoreVirtual it was a very quick process (barring one bizarre and rather scary incident) - literally minutes if there were few changes. Rebuilding/restriping a node because of a full node failure then yes it'll take hours as you're pulling everything over the network.
