StandardAero is a great place to work. COVID has made it hard on every job for promotion and giving out raises or bonuses. I have worked at StandardAero for 3 years now with only a small increase in pay. I am glad that I was able to keep my position during COVID shutdowns. I wish more focus and support was geared towards quality.
