Geiger Blvd. The facility is located west of downtown Spokane across from the Washington State Patrol office. The WTE recycling and disposal site is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., 7 days a week. Spokane County, WA, November 23, 2020 – The Spokane County Regional Solid Waste System will increase solid waste rates (gate fees) beginning on January 1, 2021, and change the hours of operation beginning January 4, 2021.
