Spencer Smith Park is a hubbub of activity throughout the year. In the summer, the kids love the waterpark and just being at the waterfront. There is a place to get light lunch things like fries, hot dogs, ice cream and drinks. Not a ton of shade though, so take a sun umbrella if you can.
