THE Johannesburg SPCA at 5 Benray Road, Reuven, Booysens, is all about keeping animals healthy and safe – giving them a second chance and trying to find a forever home for these animals. Their kennel section contains about 200 cats and dogs. Most of the animals are abandoned and many of the animals were physically abused by their previous owners.

Spca Booysens HORRIFIC experience. Between the 24th & 28th of June my Dog had broken 3 toe nails. The first time was on Saturday night and it was pretty severe, so much so that i took her to the new south veterinary clinic at 20:00 at night. It was bleeding and she was in noticeable pain hence me seeking immediate medical attention for her.
