Bloemfontein SPCA. Yesterday at 1:33 AM ·. This little fella was on a running chain, but the owner just doesn’t want to fix one basic need. To let his dog, have more space to run. We confronted the owner regarding the running chain but still didn’t want to repair it. We saw that the collar was so tight that it caused injuries to the dog.
