If you still have a desire for some part 135 experience later you could get on as an SIC with 800-1000TT and upgrade much quicker or just be a PIC at 1200 hours.

The company is short on instructors and check airmen. Lots of FO's are upgrading to replace Captains off to the regionals. If hired as an FO, expect a four to five month delay in training for the reasons above, except you're even lower on the totem pole. Also, expect to fly a lot less than the captains.
