We were able to get helpful information about what constitutes service from the helpful clerks at the RTDRS. Papers have to be served at least 3 whole business days prior to the hearing. There are two ways to serve- via registered mail, or in person. By the time it got to this point, SonChris Developments Ltd. was no longer taking our phone calls.
