Six uncomfortable hours in the microbus to Somak Nairobi lounge and then Nairobi airport for flight to Mombassa. Fish and chip lunch at the Somak lounge was well received. We discovered at the hotel that we could have flown from Masia Mara to within 15mins of our hotel in Mombassa in about 2.5 hours.

Somak safari by: Rosemary glanville I went on safari last year with Somak, starting in Nairobi where we picked up our drivers and guides for the week, from the very beginning their service and efficiency and friendliness was fantastic. We were very lucky with the other members in our safari bus, a nicer group of people you couldn't have asked for.
