The products and pricing are great - their process needs review. 1) when they say "a few minutes" it means a quarter of an hour. 2) They drown you in emails. ONE simple email with details of what you ordered and the price, and ONE other with the download link and key would be more than adequate.

Upgrade went very smoothly, no errors, no warnings. After file download, there is a configuration \ environment evaluation period. This took 2.5 hours before install of components started, add an hour. After reboot had to manually install several of the latest 2019 updates. VMs started OK, no issues.
