Finally dined at Sofreh after reading all of the positive press in NY Magazine, Eater and Thrillist. Overall, I thought the food was pretty good, not sure I would go there frequently. Our server was just ok - we had a late seating and you could tell. We started off with the eggplant dip and roasted cauliflower. The roasted cauliflower is amazing.

Sofreh is by far one of the best restaurants in New York. I was extremely impressed by the customer service, the expertly curated decor and more importantly the food. My waitress recommended the sea bass in tamarind sauce with saffron rice on the side, what a perfect creation.
