Basically you can plan 3/4 hour to go from the harbor to captain cook and another 3/4 going back so you have 2.5 hours to snorkel and for snuba (additional cost). You get breakfast and lunch, grilled on the boat freshly. They also have two water-slides, which are fun for young and old.
