It's not a first-rate skiing experience, but being able to get a couple of hours of skiing in the evening after work or on a weekend morning and be home by 1pm is priceless. The annual pass here at a cost of under $400 is probably the best bargain anywhere given how easy it is to get on the slopes.

On the other hand, it’s less the 1h door to door to Seattle, has night skiing, has lots of lesson and racing programs, and it’s ooookay. I’ve been skiing for 35y now. If I had a choice and all things were equal, I would pick stevens crystal or baker over snoqualmie w/o a second thought.
