Long hours, but that is true of all Big Law firms. I am not averse to long hours for adequate compensation so that is not a problem for me at all. I lateraled there, so some of the internanlprocesses take some getting used to. Given its size, Skadden is used to doing things a certain way, and we have to learn its ways, not the other way around.
