It was so hard and I was exhausted, I just kept feeding. My mum said to crush up half a rusk and put it in her last feed before bed and it helped a lot. It helped fill her up more as she was such a hungry baby.

Children don't "usually" eat every 2 hours until 6 months old. That is cray cray. I BF my DD every 3 hours during the day (earlier if she asks for it, but she usually doesn't) and strictly on demand at night. She usually wakes 1-3 times at night. She is a healthy 12lb 3oz.

I have gotten so much advise from different people and most of it is about keeping a strict schedule. I am a resident and work 70-85 hours a week.
