Empathy for Animals; Not Humans. Employee (Former Employee) - Dayton, OH - September 30, 2020. I worked at SICSA Pet Adoption Center for nearly two years. It was great for the first 7 months, and the last year and a half was the worst working experience I have ever had. Let me be clear - they do incredible things for animals in our community.
