Hours were approx - 1500 hours. I have asked Sim2 service and they have replied with the following: "...electronic failure cannot be ruled out. The lamp will only fire if the rest of the system has initialised and the processor gets feedback from the associated circuitry, if any feedback is missing the the processor will not allow the lamp to strike for safety reasons."
