After you place an order, it can take upto 72 hours for vendor to publish your shoutout. Generally the shoutouts get published AT or AROUND your preferred time, which you set during checkout process. My shoutout got removed ahead of schedule, what can I do? If your shoutout gets removed for any reason, you are entitled to get the charges reversed!

We apologize for the inconvenience, please go into the order view and cancel the order(s), you will get refunded back into your Shoutcart Balance automatically. Vendors get 72 hours to post from your preferred time. If they fail to post within that time, the order becomes inactive and vendors can't post after the deadline, even if they wanted to.
