Yea, 19 credits can be fine but that combination sounds a brutal and I would not recommend it. Taking analytical and organic chem in one semester is already too much for me, and you toss in difeq, and energy balance class in to the mix, plus a foundational course for your major, it just sounds like a recipe for disaster.

That really depends on the types of courses or credit you're taking for that. I have done 19 credits as four 4 credit classes and one 3 credit class my sophomore fall, and 19 credits as four 3 credit classes, one 4 credit class, and 3 credits of undergrad research my junior spring.
