Apparently, Shobha now needs 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment--even if you schedule last-minute when it's impossible to give such notice. The condescending person at the Soho location said that Shobha had her credit card info and would charge her anyway for a reschedule. She asked to speak to a manager to figure out what to do.

I worked in Shobha Soho for about a year in call center. The specialists and other employees were nice. However management was pretty bad. They were micro managers. Call center was a group of 4 girls stuck in a little room which was uncomfortable since you spoke over one another and clients had a hard time hearing us.
