Seoul Sky is located in high level of Lotte World Tower. The observatory level is around at level 120, if I can still remember it, around that level when i go up 1 level by escalator and 1 level at lift, each level I can still see Seoul sky. Maybe Seoul sky consist of all the observatory levels above.
