Update August 14, 2017: after hours and hours of calls, being disconnected, lost days of work for no shows, I finally reached someone who said this is not acceptable thru Sears Customer Solutions. I was issued a voucher for a new washer. This took 10 weeks. Update August 21, 2017: oh yes don't laugh they delivered a new washer.
