my seagate enterprise drives have similar numbers and are over 40k hours on them I personally ignore 1,7 and 195 value unless it actually says it's failed at some point. here are a couple of them and have been performing flawlessly. Not scary. It is well known the Seagate SMART values on those elements always look big.
