Sea North has different levels of experiences for experiencing the whales. I would recommend the snorkeling as that is what I had my 4 kids (12-18) do. Kayaking for my older two was considered and I think they would have loved that as everyone that did the Kayaking loved it. As far as the tour of the fort and whales, it was good.
