Schuh farms is a nice little spot along Hwy 20 and the Tulip Field route in Mount Vernon. They have animals to look at, and ice cream cones to enjoy...but my FAVORITE part of this business is the Garden and Gift Shoppe center. You will often find members of the Schuh family themselves helping you choose the right plants or veggies.4.5/5(55)

Steve and Susan Schuh were married October 5, 1963 and have been farming ever since. They purchased their first farm ground in the Skagit Valley. it was 80 acres on Bradshaw Road that was owned by Bub & Ruth Lockhart. So, Steve started growing fresh green peas for 3 local processors. Over the years the farm grew seed crops, wheat, and barley.
