The beach cost $20 was a rip off. There is hardly any sand and the crowd is huge. I have never been so packed in and had a miserable day. There are very few families and Scarbrough is strictly a low class alternative fror people who can't go anyplace else. The State of Rhode Island should be embarrassed to charge addmission to this terrible beach.
