Saw Works is a great venue complete with tasting room/bar area, and we're eager to spend some time in the upcoming beer garden when it's ready. Good things are happening here. The pizza from Hard Knox, like I've said over and over is TOP NOTCH, and they brought 7 varieties for us to try.

The beer enthusiasts at Saw Works Brewing Co. are cutting their way in to the Knoxville beer market. The road to Saw Works, however, was not as smooth as one may think. Saw Works was originally formed by president and co-founder Adam Palmer and his business partner, who is also his cousin, Jonathan Borsodi, under the Marble City Brewing Co. name in 2010.
