Successful completion criteria includes completing a minimum of 75 hours of treatment in no less than 90 days. Missouri residents who have pled guilty or have been found guilty of an alcohol- or drug-related traffic offense may complete a comparable program in lieu of completing a SATOP assessment screening and the resulting program referral.
SATOP Options: Serious And Repeat Offender Program - SROP is an outpatient program designed specifically for serious repeat offenders. This is a 90-day minimum program that includes a minimum of 35 hours of group counseling, 30 hours of group education, and 10 hours of individualized counseling with a substance abuse counselor.

Comparable Forms are reviewed by Clark Center's SATOP Administrator at a cost of $295. Comparable forms must have been completed by a current state approved program on file with the Department of Mental Health/ADA Division. Clients can make an appointment at any OMU site in Missouri.
