Wine Tasting was part of today's cruise excursion itinerary. It was here at Santo Tomas. We spent time in the tasting/sales room, then our tasting for 46 people began. We tasted 2 white wines, 1 red wine and a sweet brandy-like dessert wine. We enjoyed the first 3 but that last one was a bit too syrupy sweet for our taste.
