Advancement is there, as the company is always growing. The benefits are probably the best around. Which is probably the reason why the pay is what it is.

It's not minimum wage, but it's also not competitive. Warehouse workers are struggling while the owners make billions. I worked in Shakopee for years and held a variety of different positions.
