The worst. Literally, the worst experience I had in Paris was at Saint Severin. Everything started out fine with a beer and wine order that came relatively quick plus an app. But once we ordered our food the waiter disappeared, literally. No less than an hour later our food arrived- which was mediocre at best.

Saint Severin was just down the street from our hotel (Hotel Europe Saint Severin) in the Latin Quarter and thus it made it easy to get to. A well worn exterior, like most you'll see in Paris given the age it was built, gives way to a gorgeous and massive interior with a tall sculpted ceiling, large stained glass windows and a huge number of chairs.
