Additionally, when I bought it, Swimmo was suposed to implement some features not available then, but "pretty soon" they said. Stroke count and stroke rate, for example. Delivery. it's free and comes from Poland via Post. you will get it within 7 working days, it's not amazon prime, but can you wait? And, if you have issues or questions, the Swimmo customer support are very nice and they reply very quickly and professionally, at least they were very nice to me.

Ordered swimmo watch on 2nd December 2019. They promised delivery in 3 days yet 42 days later I am still waiting. Requested a refund for failure to deliver and swimmo lousy customer service will not refund as they think their courier could still deliver. Swimmo are in breach of EU and UK distance selling laws.

I have bought my Swimmo in 2017 when their website was promising an "Open water" feature upcoming in 2018. Nice story, Swimmo customers would receive a message via the App to download it. Before summer 18 customer service told me it should be released in August 2018. Poor delivery: in Nov 18 it is still not launched!!!
