StubHub refused to pay me for the price of VIP parking if it is still available. They would not consider any other options. They would not even reimburse me even in a voucher for future tickets. Terrible. When I checked reviews of StubHub just now, out of over 500, 53% gave them 1 Star, the lowest ranking possible. STAY AWAY FROM STUBHUB!!!

StubHub seems to occasionally suffer major communication breakdowns between the point where a ticket is purchased and the time it reaches the customer. Usually, a customer will purchase tickets on the site, the purchase will show up in their bank account, but then nothing but silence comes from StubHub, much to the chagrin of the customer.

Dec 03, 2013 · Now the event isnt going to happen til 8 months from now. (I know that's a long time). Since, the delivery is electronic and I understand the seller has to get the tickets, but does that mean I wont get the download link til the estimated delivery date or will the link come sooner.
